I was helping Beth Harrison with a project when she happened to mention that she didn't know what to do because her son was going on his first formal date and she tried to order a corsage but it was too late and now he wouldn't have one!  I told her that I could make one and have it ready for the next day. 

All of this plant material was from my yard! And it was the perfect color for his date's dress:

I think I might start a little business for prom and make and sell corsages because there is only one place in town that does it and they are incredibly over-priced.  I could charge less and still make some pretty good profit! We will see how ambitious I feel...
